BRACH’S® Speckled Jelly Bird Egg Fudge

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 drops food coloring of choice
  • 1 bag BRACH’S® Speckled Jelly Bird Eggs
  • ½ cup assorted sprinkles

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Chill Time: 2 Hours

  1. Line a 9x9 inch or 8x8 inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave for 1 minute, then stir.
  3. Heat an additional 30 seconds, stirring after, and continuing until mixture is just melted together and almost smooth (if you want some white chocolate chips to remain) or smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla, food coloring and salt, and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread fudge in prepared pan. Sprinkle with BRACH’S® Speckled Jelly Bird Eggs and sprinkles.
  6. Place in refrigerator to chill for two hours.
  7. Slice into 2-inch squares. Store tightly covered.
